The most popular selection is our Stallion Country Breakfast: Two eggs any style, bacon and sausage, biscuits, gravy, grits, fresh fruit plate, homemade jam or jelly, and your choice of beverage.
Our second most popular breakfast is the Filly Plate: One egg any style, bacon or sausage, toast, fresh fruit plate, homemade jam or jelly, and your choice of beverage. You might enjoy a stack of Eva’s Strawberry and Cream Pancakes or Bill’s Strawberry Pecan Waffles.
If you would like, Eva can surprise you with a special gourmet breakfast. Additional menu items are listed below. Additional guests for breakfast will incur additional $20 charge.

4 ½ C. Sugar
1 C. Corn Starch
2 tsp. Cinnamon
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Salt
10 C. Water
Peel apples, slice and fill jars tighty. Cook syrup ingredients until thick and bubbly. Add 3 Tbls. lemon juice to each jar and cover apples with syrup mixture. Can be used as pie filling, or topped on pancakes or ice cream. |

1 C. Butter
1 C. Honey
1 C. Flour
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
1 Egg
Mix all ingredients together, mixing well. Divide into a greased and floured muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Start your morning coffee off right with these biscuits. |

1 qt. Berry Juice (any berry juice)
1 pt. Suger
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Allspice
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Cloves
Mix all ingredients together in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 15-20 minutes, then remove from heat. Put syrup in jars and seal. An awesome alternative to plain 'ol store-bought syrup. |
