About the Farm The property was purchased by the Sealey's in 1989 and converted to a horse facility. The 5 stall barn was later enlarged to a 13 stall facility and became Centaur Arabians. After remodeling the existing ranch style home, the farm was complete. We are now dedicating approximately 2000 square feet and outdoor facilities to our new Bed and Breakfast.

If you are traveling through the Tyler, Texas area, we are here for you. For more information about Tyler, visit our Leisure section.

You'll enjoy our roomy facility, pool and patio, shady grounds and most of all our hospitality. Sit by the pool and listen to the many species of birds nesting about or just rest in one of our comfortable suites. We understand your need for privacy and a quiet, restful environment.

Our unique breakfast menu will satisfy the heartiest of appetites or the pickiest eater. You can choose from our popular full breakfast menu or wake up to a fresh and light continental style selection. We select only the freshest food items to make your meal experience the best it can be.

Meet the Sealey'sBill & Eva
Both Bill and Eva are originally from the Southeast Texas Port Arthur, Groves, Orange area.  They left behind their roots to settle in Flint, Texas, which is located right on the city limits of Tyler. Although Bill has been a long time resident here, Eva had never lived outside her hometown until marrying Bill in 2004.

Bill has a 30+ year career in the medical field in Tyler and takes pride in the improvements he has made to their property over the years.

Eva brings with her the country style of living inherited from her Mother, Grandmother and too many other loved ones to mention.  Her joy is to see a smile on your face when you swallow the first bite of her homecooked meals.  She also serves as manager and bookkeeper for the farm. Eva has also published a collection of her favorite recipes (and a few other mealtime favorites) for you to order or take home with you. Read More about Eva's recipes.

Following a short honeymoon to Vancouver and Whistler, Canada, the Sealey's buckled down to the realities of work and running a 10 acre farm and large ranch style home.  It wasn't long before they both realized that they were residing in a perfect location for a lodging facility that could cater mostly to the traveling equestrian.  Many months went by as they pondered the idea and examined the possibilities.  They could see a real need for a lodging facility of this kind in this immediate area, mostly because Flint is located halfway between Dallas and Shreveport.

Although they are both new to the Bed and Breakfast business, their desire to provide a warm, comfortable and pleasant environment for their customers creates a strong motivation to do what it takes.

Please feel free to join them at Centaur Arabian Farms for an enjoyable overnight experience featuring Eva's fresh homemade goodies for breakfast and Bill's collection of memorable experiences and vast knowledge of Arabian and Half Arabian horses, classic cars, motorcycles and antiques.

Thank You on Behalf of
Bill & Eva Sealey
